No no no just so right, iced apple with sprinkles. coffee like mud. Every personal trainer recomends carbs and protien for breakfast. Note to self: melt stilton on doughnut. |

ive been on 6am starts this week, came home today at 4 pm and fell asleep, hubby work me around 6.30 and i thought it was morning time again. hate when that happens
