Yep, but not sure what advice I could give. There are good groups/communities on facebook and online which are probably more helpful.

I've had it for years, very under control now apart from the odd flare up. I would suggest eating healthy foods, lots of fresh fruit and veg. Gentle exercise. Try and get into a regular sleep pattern and not let your GP put you onto pills to help you sleep, if you are having issues sleeping you might be better going down the more natural route like valerian or magnesium for that. Some of the pills they prescribe can make you more tired or turn you into a zombie

My pain is more in my neck and shoulders and I found a heated blanket thing on Amazon which works wonders for it. Looks ridiculous but who cares if it helps.
