latex bed???? How much was that, an the rain omg loads apperently the roads our bad around Portsmouth, glad I'm not out! Also glad I ain't got a flood forming now I av my drain in!  mrs |

Well once upon a time during the Napoleonic wars, a French ship was sunk near Hartlepool, washed ashore was a monkey.....unsure what it was, the locals sentenced the poor thing to death by hanging (one legend is that they thought it may be a French spy!)..leading t centuries of derision towards Hartlepool residents.....I do not particularly like it but they became known as 'monkey hangers.'..Over time 'Hang us' - Angus...Angus the Monkey became the mascot for the football club, he stood for mayor and won!...You couldn't make it up! |

Missed it here....bit of a breeze in the night, bit of a shower, a few more leaves on my lawn. Brightening up nicely.....heading for Gloucester Docks soon. |
