As in ZUMBA. 
And all i can say is ...its a bloody good job i dont do IT anywhere else. 
I look like a geriatric epileptic on a bad dose of speed.
Legs are going in the wrong direction, arms doing what they please and not what they should be doing...
But........i persevere and despite looking a right numpty...I been doing 20 min workout for the last 4 days.
The one good thing about it is that im sleeping better because it knackers me. lmao

Really wish it was a he...
But aint had a "he" so doing the zumba.
People really need to thank me for not going along to their classes as they wouldnt be able to do it from laffing to much  |

Kitchen for cooking
Lounge for looking
Bedroom for fucking
And dancing for the back bedroom by the neighbours bedroom  |

I might give this zumba a go, but I always worry when turning up to a class that all the women will be like those in the Call on me Eric Prydz video and ill be the only fat one there |

My belly dancing class is followed by a Zumba class and there are women of all shapes and sizes |

Mrs Surrey does IT twice a week, there are ladies of all shapes and sizes etc.
The age range is across the board also.

I hated the idea of a class cos i hate the thought of everyone watching me mess up but everyone so busy concentrating on the dance moves that they don't look at anyone else
