I wonder how many people suffer very badly with mouth ulcers? I have one today and its very sore. Years ago I used to have loads, one time I had more than 20 at once. Thankfully, it was usually only 2 or 3 at a time. Aint had one for months, yet while brushing my teeth this morning I noticed what was a little red lump last night is now an ulcer.

(Sigh)

Anyone else had them, and is there any new treatment for them?

Do you have any other problems like diabetese. There are lots of things that can cause mouth ulcers. I use corsydl mouthwash and toothpaste. But not to be used all the while.

Not sure if I have diabetes, I havent been tested for a few years, even though there are several diabetics in the extended family. Saltwater does help, albeit it really stings...!!

Having them can mean that you are run down. More fruit and Veg, can help prevent them from arriving in the first place.
