It's been torture.

Blueberries

Flaxseed and chia seeds

Followed by Greek natural yogurt

Cup of decaf tea and two crispbread with peanut butter

Not eaten yet however will be having chicken wrapped in bacon with roast potato's, sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and savoy cabbage at about 3.30 (Kat) xx
