There was a club that was notorious for this, always struck me as counter productive. Endless threads about how ace last weekend was and who was excited about next weekend. Coupled with dense halves of couples giving the impression they were single and people who worked/helped there posting like they were customers.
It was over the top and assuming it was Fab that cracked down on it a good thing that they did |

I used to always state we were going or I was and that we would say hi... so no misleading was done... and if I was doing a cinema visit id make it clear that unless i specifically arranged something with someone that most id agree to was saying hi x

And I've not seen it either. You can often see someone post 'I like going in X Club on a Tuesday blah blah'. It might be a truly independent forummer or could be club staff. You can normally quickly tell.
But I've never seen anyone asking for advise and being given false promises. It would look so obvious. |

There seems to have been a big influx in paid gangbang type events up here, with the profiles promoting them. Not something I'd really noticed when I've been on the site before.

True, I guess they are harmless. I have encountered a few that are not quite as transparent as they should be . I can imagine a few people have been 'duped' into paying a fortune to visit a club under false pretences
You would have to be pretty stupid to be duped into unexpectedly paying to get into a club.
If someone says "meet you at the club" you pay and then find she was just dragging in customers and had no intention of meeting with you in there then they are the ones doing the duping so doesn't make you stupid, trusting and a bit niave yes
Our phraseology differs but it pretty much boils down to the same thing.

Tbh that is irrelevant , if someone is on the site being paid by certain clubs to make false promises so that people attend that club , it should be stopped .
It is not irrelevant if you want to prevent yourself making silly mistakes. Commonsense never goes amiss in any situation. No site will protect a silly man from being exploited.

Well, I have fallen for a scam 0 times. That does kind of prove my point. So, yes, my superior powers of commonsense do seem to work. What about you?
