generally if someone turns up at my house wearing a condom I ask them to remove it from their head before they enter the lounge.

This happened to me and a friend last week. They mentioned 4 hours before we were due to meet and asked if we barebacked. When I said No they cancelled.

I always take the line that if someone judges me based on second hand rumours or bad mouthing without actually bothering to check or ask, then they aren't for me anyway.

i agree with that, there are some peeps that will start rumours as revenge because either they have been turned down, you dont do as they wish ect. but as _nvictus said would you really want to meet people that believe rumours/gossip, to me all that shows is thay arent able to form there own opinion.

All this bad mouthing and starting rumours about people is all rather worrying isn't it, coming from a community that is supposed to be non judgemental and claim to embrace sexual freedom without jealousy etc. If people are so childish about that, are they mature enough to cope with swinging

I always check on this when first talking to them. If I am suspicious I trick them into honesty. If they bareback I block. My choice.

Its not about judging, its about not playing swingers russian roulette. If they want to that is their choice, if I dont wish to meet those who do, thats my choice.
