Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else |
"about buying a carpet cleaner!!
im all grown up and a proper adult now.. lol "
My carpet cleaner is Polish and comes in once a week. I suspect that an offer to purchase would be misconstrued... |

"I went in Lakeland voluntarily Officially middle aged
psstt Rubes... whats a Lakeland? "
It's a shop that sells kitchenware...and stuff like metal trees to hang bananas, and a ludicrous number of different types of Tupperware containers. |

Oh shit
Steam cleaner - have one of those
Lakeland - yep I've been to the HQ store in the Lake District
Dyson - been through 2 of those but they do lose suction so don't have one any more
Afternoon tea - yes really like them and they do a great one in Topsham if anyone is ever down this way |

God I'm awful at adulting..I wasn't happy at having to buy tyres for the car and service it and mot it etc..
I could have gone and blown that money on crap and good times instead of wasting it on sensible nonsense |

My grandad used to have a cleaning lady called Mrs Bird, we used to tease him asking when his bird was coming round.
She was bloody good though, the amount of shine she got on the table, you'd put a plate down and it could slide all the way across!! |

And plastic banana protectors, so my banana doesn't get all bruised when I put it in my work bag.
And flavoured liquorice imported from Australia that's super expensive but delicious.
And colour coded chopping boards.
I've got myself all excited need a lie down.... M |

I paid £30 for a goblin vacuum cleaner as a stop gap until I went to buy a proper cleaner, it saved me £170 because the power of it is amazing, I swear when I hover upstairs its cleaning the living room ceiling |

There's always online shopping. Plus I've seen Star Wars cake moulds and ice cube trays on Ebay. |

This thread has made me feel quite happy about what a child I still am.
Mind you, we have spent a lot of time at work recently discussing the pension scheme, so maybe I can be a little bit grown up on occasions. |
