Porridge with egg whites, chia seeds, peanut butter, chopped dates and Raw honey.
Cheat day breakfast- bacon butty with mushrooms and tomato/beans.
Both with coffee!

I'm a super lucky guy I know someone called Monday and I know someone called Wednesday and I know someone called Friday or any day of the week depending on Fridays need for a reset
My life ambition is to know every day of the week then book a small one bedroom cottage for a weekend and cram every day of the week into one day and a night . |

That's for the coffee gorgeous I'm leaving now although I will have to stop off for some breath mints on the way to my breakfast as I don't want coffee breath over the kitchen table as it could spoil the atmosphere |
