My best friend along with a few others did the 26 mile moonwalk through London last night. I was texting her every hour through the night to give her encouragement. Ive only just spoken to her on the phone as shes been sleeping. She said she really struggled and wont do it again. I am so damn proud of her for doing it and the group (about 8 of them) have raised over 5k for breast cancer by doing it |

Congrats to anyone who raises money. Don't forget your local hospice, I do worry sometimes that the mega-charities overshadow the efforts of small, local charities that help people affected by cancer and other serious illnesses every day. One of the cancer mega-charities thought nothing of spending £100,000 for a website make-over. |
