didn't realise he was taking that long, think i fell asleep for 20 mins or something. 
ok, so his m-i-l came back in. she passes him a blindfold and says,

.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
"put that one next time your naked then i can come in my bedroom and get some sleep and not embarrass you love".
the end. everyone slept soundly for the rest of their lives.
