It depends on the whole context, if the profile sounded desperate, I would not. If it sounded like the person genuinely looked at other people as a whole experience and was saying that looks age etc are only part of that experience and therefore not the only factor... then I would consider. Hope that makes sense  |

Anyone who puts that are either not telling the truth or will fuck anything and neither traits appeal to me. Often though you will find its what ugly people put on their profile because that's what they are looking for in others. |

I m not sure I agree with you, Katie. I have had soemthing on my profile before which suggested that looks were of secondary importance because for me they are. I look for otheer things but that does not mean I am desperate or would shag anything that breathes. xx |

I can understand some of the comments here about wanting to "connect on another level" either interlectually or spiritually, but I would have thought that visual stimulation would precede it, or even outrank it.
We aren't pretty enough to be too fussy, lol, but looks, age and size are the first things that determine whether we say yes or no.

It might not be that they want to shag anyone with a pulse. It might mean they have no preconceived notion of who will appeal to them once they get chatting, and by using the word preconceived I am not inferring other people are being narrow-minded in their criteria. |

In answer to some posts and pms... I believe that those who say looks are of secondary importance, in whichever shape or form this is expressed on the profile, may not actually be saying that they are searching out unattractive people. Speaking for myself, I am not sorting through messages and purposefully choosing unattractive men. What I am saying is that I look beyond the pictures(which in any case could be false, engineered or 20 years old) and I appreciate a man's wit and intelligence and the resulting banter and conversation as sexually enticing and a turn on.
No different ina way to those who choose boobs over bums, hair over faces etc. Different strokes for different folks and aint it just brilliant that we are all different in our choices? |
