I take it you are looking to lose/gain weight which will mostly be down to diet.."
MFP is missing a few vital features, including food nicked from a friend's plate has no calories, if nobody saw you eat it, it has no calories and nothing has any calories on one's birthday.

Also seems to miss the fact that if you grate cheese all the calories fall out. Same if you break a chocolate digestive in half before dunking it in your coffee. |
