I actually cant remember the last time I cried.

I used to be a crier, when I was upset, angry, sad, im not good at expressing emotion, so everything would be held in, till I would just burst into tears.

Till something happened in my life, and it feels as though I cried solid for a month, till I gave myself a shake.

Since then, I think I can count on the 1 hand how many times the tears have fell.

Though im still rubbish at expressing my feelings. Now I just get headaches.

Emotionally: 5 days ago when we got some bad news about a member of the family

Physically: 3 days ago when I dropped a clumsy great big laptop straight onto my little toe landing the corner first

I do actually rarely cry cos I'm am hard

I rarely have tears these days in an emotional sense. If I feel a crisis coming on I bake bread that seems to work.

Really beautiful things can move me to tears though.

You can't beat crying with laughter, I tend to find that's my most frequent way of shedding tears

Last night at Mamma Mia - broke my heart at the scene where she's getting her daughter ready for the wedding - my little girl asked why I was crying as it wasn't sad - I told her she'd know one day when she as a Mum and that made me cry even more!!! xxx

Departures can be even more of an emotional place..back in the day as i was going for my break i had to walk past central screening (security) and quite often saw families in tears with one guy in tears and wouldnt let go of his little girl. Being a father myself i could totally understand it.

Arrivals was much happier for me.

oh god bless him.. that just brought a tear to my eye... it must be so very tough to be seperated from your loved ones. I have always had my family close.

I am indeed a very lucky man.

Yeah he sat on the floor for ages after they had gone just sobbing..until one of the gestapo security guards deemed him a threat and removed him from the airport. I missed my break by just standing there watching it all unfold..i didnt get the whole reason why but from what i gathered he'd split up with her mum and she was taking the daughter to live somewhere else. Always plays on my mind

About half an hour ago, my neighbour of 4 years has moved away. I'm really gonna miss her although we will stay in touch. She has been a good friend, she understands me and has been there on many occasions with Vodka or wine.

I would have thought if you were going to choose to be an item of clothing it would be a big butch fella's underpants.

Have you been moving to the left on the continuum?
