Ok so if you were to participate in the show and had to cook a 3 course meal what would it be or if you had a hot date over what would you choose to make to impress her/him.
I've never ever had a man cook for me |

Love your starter but I'd not thank you for the salmon. Much prefer sea bass or steak and a lighter dessert. X |

I'd do chateaubriand with chunky chips and seasonal veg and a side of sauce. Some kind of seafood starter maybe prawn gyoza or gambas al ajillo and for dessert I'd go for a lemon mascarpone mousse or a sorbet. Then cheese board with port or coffee x |

Mmm crab linguine sounds delightful, I absolutely adore Italian food but I can't cook it so I'd stick with something I know I can cook but if I go out (which I never do) I always choose Italian and fish or seafood x |

Yeah, get a Madeira cake, slice in half then circles (makes about 6) jam, ice cream, put in the freezer while you make the meringue, dollop on top then bake for a few mins, mine is probably cheating somewhat but so yummy x |

I think I would start with a goats cheese and beetroot tartlet, with salad leaves.
Main would probably be a good fillet steak cooked to the persons liking accompanied with fried onion mash and seasonal veg
Desert would probably knock up a lemon posset

Main would probably be a good fillet steak cooked to the persons liking accompanied with fried onion mash and seasonal veg
Desert would probably knock up a lemon posset

"If go with an Italian themed dinner.
Simple bruschettas for starterse with a pesto or sun dried tomato toppings.
Pollo a cacciatore for main
And a Tira Misu for dessert
Accompanied with a fine Chianti, and a Moscato d'Asti as a desert wine
Can we have olives aswell? Omg I adore tiramisu, the Italian traditional one though. Moscato is very sweet is the d Asti sparkling I assume?"
I'm not a fan of olives myself, but there's no reason they can't be served as part of an antipasti |

Oi cheeky I'm trying to get a free meal here I thought you would of cooked something Thai?
I do Thai as well
A nice hot and spicy TomYam Soup with shrimp and crab for Starters
For main Thai red curry and Pad Thai
For dessert never tried making any Thai dessert
Now your talking I'd be most pleased with that combo. What type of dessert is traditional in Thailand? Coconut ? Mango? Lychees?
All off the above
I have always wanted to try my hand at
Coconut cake with shredded coconut
Had it when I went to Singapore at a Thai restaurant
It's made with fresh coconut milk.
I will brace it one day
Did a Thai cookery course there last Christmas...try banana cooked in coconut milk...dead easy and delicious
Thanks will try it

A round of freshly crushed pepper crusted goats cheese, grilled and served on a bed of rocket leaves and drizzled in a port and cranberry reduction to start.
Crayfish, crab meat, chicken and chorizo gumbo with fresh baked bread for the main course.
And to finish, crème brûlée (the blowtorch comes in handy for more than work) |

Cocktails from the WitchDoc cabinet
King Prawns fried in garlic and chilli butter with French bread

The chateaubriand would always be cooked medium rare, lemon desserts are my favourite so I was being a bit selfish on both counts. And as for mojitos they are a staple, so much so I have mint growing in the garden and in pots during the winter |
