Yes they can be too high and wildly, wide of the mark. I think being realistic is a useful skill for life.

I have high expectations. But my hubby doesn't. That's because I'm not mad keen on swinging like him, unless the person I'm swinging with is pretty sexy to me. I'm not desperate to swing. I can take it or leave it. So if I'm going to take it. I'm going to take the best. The only problem is that with that attitude, you don't get many encounters. This frustrates hubby unfortunately. I'm ok with it.

I lowered down my expectations on certain things like expecting ppl to turn up when they say, been honest on profiles/pics, thinking it was easy to find guy matching my wants/needs etc cause it is def not easy here, for guys (who are outnumbered) & gals (for been overwhelmed by d numbers). What I haven't lowered was my dignity or pride, I'm still as choosy to who I fuck/bed.

I think unless youre paying for it you arent always going to get exactly what you want. I never expect anything to be perfect or even good, just hope i am a bit lucky sometimes.
