I downloaded Panorama from BBC 1 a couple of nights ago because I wanted to know about all the probs on trains.In the middle there is an instrumental bit of music and it's driviving me mad.What is it? please help,help help

I just watched 5 minutes in the middle and they had The Smiths followed by I think a Portishead track if that helps (I was bored waiting for the kettle to boil).
