To meet a guy who wants to come to mine straight after he has finished work? I like to meet men who has been freshly showered and smell nice and clean not sweaty and dirty from a days hard graft and still in their work clothes |

Ive had guys ask if its ok to have a shower when they get here because of work/distance.
Anyone who comes here knows they can have a shower when they like.
But if you dont want that your not wrong just something you dont want |

As with all these types of questions it depends on the full picture or your history with him.
If for instance he has been attempting to meet but you are strictly controlling the timing then it may be acceptable to suggest the above.
If however he has simply said he can meet you at such and such a time then it would be expected he hand showered and changed first.

I've done a few socials straight from work but we're lucky here that we have shower and washing facilities so I'll always have a freshen up first.
I guess it's your choice if you're prepared to let him shower beforehand at your place or whether he's not showing you enough due respect. |

My first thought is: If the majority on here say "you are wrong, you should meet him regardless", will you? Because unless you do, the question seems somewhat redundant.
My second thought is: doesn't it depend whether he has spent the day gutting fish down Grimsby docks, or something more salubrious?

Your so right to refuse you don't know what kind of dirt he's attracted that could cause infection to you out of curtsey he should make every effort to smell nice and fresh for you you deserve it what I see in your photos I would bring you flowers xx  |
