Are you the type to embrace it as soon as is culturally acceptable or do you put it off for as long as possible?
I've done a good half of my present shopping & made a tiny start on colouring in a few Christmas cards... |

Coincidentally you complained to me soooo much last year about not having enough time or money |

I buy presents as I see them. For example, I was just in Harrods being touristy and saw the perfect presents for my 2 nieces. Reasonably priced, so I bought them.
The rest of it doesn't bother me. I usually work it. |

I would do it all early but sadly money doesn't allow it until at least the 23rd of this month, until I get my first couple of weekly pay packets I can't get excited about Christmas, up until then we're living Day by day and Christmas is the last thing we need to think about or I will stress even more!

Yeah because I've got so many people to buy shit for and if I started in January there wouldn't be enough time, nor money! This year everyone is getting a £1 scratch card |

I do love Christmas and the run up to Xmas. It is stressful though worrying about money and getting the kids what they want. Can be lonely at times aswell but I try and make it all about the kids x |

Arent you fed up with looking at it by Christmas?
Ours usually goes up around the 12th December (depending on when the weekend falls) and I can't wait to get it down, soon as December is over. |

"Present wise I buy throughout the year as for the rest of it I'm not fussed.
When the kids were little I used to make a big fuss but now they are older they just want the presents and food.
"
Snap!! Although I've been slack with buying presents but they do have advent calendars!!! |

I'm usually thinking about presents around this time and I start buying but I wouldn't ever put decorations up in November.
I haven't had my holiday yet though so will probably buy some presents whilst away, if not I'll be doing Christmas shopping later this year |

I donlt do Christmas at all abd have already had oeople ask "but you must buy presents?" like I've made sp,e ridiculously ambiguous statement
I get that Christmas is more and more about greed and consumerism (and less and less about any hint of religous festival) so people have to buy presents weeks/months beforehand but why people have to go on about it for so long is beyond me unless it;s because they hemorrhage so much money on it they do nothing of interest for months leading yup to Decemnber |

"as you know.. my awesome tree went up yesterday wooop why though? Not a critizium but why put a tree up beginning of november"
simply because i love Christmas and i could.
Its an artificial tree with sparkly lights thats decorated in bright colours.
It just makes the front room look really snug and cosey. Its a feel good thing i guess.

I ignore it until December ha ha. Not because I'm a Scrooge but just because I don't want to be sick to death of it by the time Christmas actually rolls around.
It gets earlier every year.
Eve. Xx |

nah i love it,, its just my favourite time of year.
My tree is very brightly coloured with pinks, purples, turquoise, silver, and white.. i add to it a little each year
got snow flakes, traditional baubles, penguins, hand sewn decorations, sequin type balls, mirror balls, stars, icles, angels, jingle bells,
really is a modern coloured mixture tree :D |

Christmas isn't about spending money, for me. Yes, the children get presents but it's my time to spend with all of my children and grandchildren, where we eat, drink and be merry.
This could be our last year of tracking Santa, which is a bit sad. |

I'm not having a tree this year. I gave mine away and my son doesn't want one (he says we don't have the room).
I'm going to cover the house in lights instead |

I leave it as long as i can.. but I think being a December baby and as a child always feeling my birthday was a rushed less important thing because Christmas was in the same month has dampened my xmas spirit till at least after my birthday |

My birthday is Christmas eve and from a very young age my parents made it clear that the date was inconvenient and I know that is where much if my dislike of Christmas comes from. |
