Hi everyone,
I'm seriously planning to get National Lottery funding plus other funding to start up a University of Sex. It'll be able to offer undergrad and postgrad courses in all sex-related matters, from the history of sex, sexual health, development of sex games, how to succeed in the porn industry, sex in other cultures, sexual ethics and sexual aesthetics and analysis.
Would anyone feel interested in joining this project and do you know experts in these fields who could be approached to be lecturers and professors? I'm assuming we will not have difficulty recruiting students, especially as graduates will leave with a BSc (hopefully in partnership with London or Sussex Universities)!

Probably more valuable than a Media Studies degree
(*Media Studies students / graduates : it's just a joke!! Chill ...  )
But OP, good luck in your venture. Do you really think it's a flyer though? Sounds a bit gimmicky to me and I'm not sure what value it would add ie what vocations would graduates enter in to etc? Sexual help therapists already have other routes into the profession for example.

Firstly, let me be absolutely clear:
Fuck Sydney University!
Secondly, yes, I'm hoping it will open by 2022, 2069 at the very latest!
I think it could be really popular and sucksexful! There may be some mature students and it will need some Halls of Res for students built with plenty of specialised areas for group sex. There will also be courses not just for aspiring porn stars but for film producers, directors, script writers, casting directors, fluffers, make-up artits, cum cleaners (Hilary Cliton take note) and camera and sound crew! For the less scientific, there will be a BA degree, foundation courses and, eventually, NVQs as sex industry professionals. It's all, er, in the pipeline, so to speak!  |

Sounds like Sex Soc when I was at Uni (genuine Student Society that used to arrange orgies etc) - gutted I never joined in hindsight  |
