Like thousands of other, late last night we received emails and text messages from Tesco bank asking us to contact their fraud department.
After spending 4 hours trying to get through to them they finally put a recorded message on the phone line telling customers that their cards have been frozen due to attempted fraud and new cards will be issued witching 7-10 days.
Can't help feeling disgruntled that they didn't put the message on straight away. Would have saved a lot of time and worry |

i used to have a tesco credit card and had nothing but problems with them - even after closing the account - took about 6 months to sort out - never never again |
