NHP Libido Support experience

Hi guys,

I have a female friend not into the lifestyle but she asked me if anyone has used or uses NHP Libido Support (for women) supplement?

She has always had a low libido and has tried various physical/mental methods with her partner to bring it up but she is thinking this might be the answer.

Any feedback appreciated.

I've never heard of it personally.

I have problems with my libido from time to time mostly due to depression, stress, anxiety, work pressures.

I'd suggest a visit to her g.p.

I can't imagine that a supplement, that's not an approved medication, could possibly 'cure' all the reasons for peoples' libido losses. There are likely many comlex reasons, physical and mental, behind it - coupled with lifestyle.

I'd suggest GP and possibly psychotherapy, if there's a potential psychological influence behind it.

thanks guys's, It was a GP who had mentioned it to her as far as I'm aware.

I looked into it appears to be a lot of B vitamins in it. helps with blood flow to the correct areas.

She may find that a vitamin pill would provide the same.

Vitamin supplements are a multibillion pound scheme that flushes unnecessary supplements down the toilet, probably for over 90% of the people who take them.

If your friend has a very good diet, she may need nothing nutritionally. I'd compare the ingredients of that pill to another standard one from a health food shop. Her GP could have prescribed vitamins for your friend though.
