I'm not happy because my house is untidy and I have no oomph to do it. Clean every bastard else's houses and make them spic and span but come home and the same dishes are in my sink and the same ironing pile is still there and the same pair of knickers are still on my bathroom floor attached to a pair of tracksuit bottoms!

Have you tried evening primrose oil capsules? After my breast operation the clinic prescribed them and they really work to stop the pain and swelling.

Op, it's not a problem, I'm sure it happened for a reason and in the longterm is for the best.

Each of us has our problems which make us feel awful at the time. we all are more resilient than we realise, time is a good healer and we bounce back and move on.
