Has anyone used arnica cream and massaged it into extensive bruising to help them improve.
I'm interested in whether people have found it works and helps or not |

I took arnica tablets every day for 2 weeks before and after I had my breast enlargement. They said it brings out the bruising and heals quicker. Everyone who has seen them has always said how tiny the and barely noticeable the incision scars are underneath. |

"Thanks for the replies. I guess its worth trying it anyway and i have to massage the bruising anyway so might aswell use the cream when massaging it "
i think its the action of massage that breaks down bruising- whatever you use |

Yes the massage part is most important but the doc said to use arnica cream for it too |

I do really heavy bdsm at times and it gets rid of bruises in about half the time. Don't be shy with it, apply it at least a few times a day. It really works. X |

Sunlight or a tanning bed will help get rid of bruising quicker. I used arnica tablets for 2 weeks before my breast reduction and had no bruising whatsoever. |

Thanks for the replies.
Not much sunlight around at the moment plus id scare everyone if they saw the bruises lol
I have been using the cream for a few days now, twice a day and massaged it in as the doc instructed ... massaged so hard it hurts
It's brilliant stuff, bruising is reducing and slightly less painful. Obviously that could have happened anyway but it does seem to be going quicker |
