Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

OP, there are already couples who will only meet if someone

A) Books and pays for the hotel

B) Buys them dinner

C) Leaves them to the room after play

If your idea caught on, they'd be looking to be collected from their doorstep too ('nice car please, nothing chavvy for this girl, our preference')....
