I could moan all day about how very few men actually read my profile! As it states I don't want random friend requests....and what do they do? Send friend requests. So sorry if I don't bother replying to messages to say "no thanks"

Girls on here get way more messages than guys (typically). For girls to spend their time saying no thank you to everyone it could just take them all night and ruin their initial instinct to come on fab in the first place.

I do my best to not take it personally anymore. I understand it's hard when you put some time and attention into catering a message to specifically get their attention and it fails, it happens to me more often than I'd like.

Unfortunately it's a take it on the chin and move on thing!

Every week with this shit...

I'll sum up for you: women get many messages, most of which are from illiterate morons who want a fuk right now. There is no point in them wasting time saying no thanks to everyone - their search for the diamond in this mountain of shit is arduous enough already. Also, not every woman owes your ego a detailed explanation of why they don't want to blow you.

Do as others say and move on.

My inbox currently contains 135 unread messages, some of them from guys who have messaged more than once. Some of them live further than I'd be willing to travel and probably just want pictures. Saying no 135 times doesn't fit with my lifestyle, I can actually be quite busy at times.

Women on here don't owe you anything, nobody owes you anything in life. If you aren't getting responses maybe it's your attitude, approach or your profile that is putting them off. Maybe they are busy, maybe they don't fancy you, maybe they found your message to be boring or offensive?

Either way moaning and stereotyping ALL women in a forum is not going to help your situation.

Dry your eyes princess there are 1000's more women to try your scatter gun approach on. I suggest sending a dick pic and saying they look good in their profile picture...... bitches love random dick pics and a comment that has probably been copied and pasted about 1000 times.

Some women reply because they feel rude if they don't. Some don't reply because it's time consuming or they can't be bothered.

Personally I used to reply to all that contained a face pic and didn't contain something like "fuck now", unless they had previously messaged and were trying again, then they'd be deleted too. But because I was getting so many and found it time consuming, I blocked men from messaging, that way I can message people that I like the look of.

I replied op, two weeks ago. Thanks for accepting and carrying on with your fab journey. Don't take anything on here personally.

I've said it so many times I need to make a copy and past... Here goes....

It's not rude not to reply to a message. It's meant as a not interested. It is written in the fab guidelines. If someone has not specifically mentioned your username when asking for a message, how is it rude? You have messaged them off your own back. It's not their responsibility to reply. If we were to reply to every single message received... Even to say no thank you, we would not have time to chat to the ones we do want to chat to. We are here to have fun, not be experts at admin. I don't mean to sound harsh, but that is the sad reality.

That's not rude. I don't always reply to women and couples who message me. I try to reply to all the men since they tend to get treated worse here and l like to thank them for their interest.

I do hate when they don't delete a message i've sent. Deleting a message gives the sender closure that they aren't interested. I had a woman message back with interest from a message that she opened a fortnight ago. Deleted straight away.

i love being rude, especially as the guy will then message me again saying 'not interested then'.

My rule is that if my standard no thanks reply is longer than original message I just delete! I'll often say thanks for a nicely worded compliment. What bugs me is after saying 'Thanks for you message. Sorry not for me x' they reply asking why! One guy got a full 5 point explanation! Not sure that was what he was after!!

I get lots of messages as soon as I'm online. I don't want lots. My filters are set tight where possible. I daresay we would get miffed if it was the other way, but it isn't and no one has to be here. It's a choice.

As mentioned above, it's not rude just females get too many messages and if they were interested they would respond. When I first joined I used to attempt to answer every message with a simple 'thanks but no thanks', but all that lead to was more messages from guys I wasn't interested in, generating more messages from them expressing their anger at me for rejecting them. Some of these messages were not only persistent/begging, but also offensive
