There are rules, it has to be a film that anyone can enjoy which rules out things like harry pitter or starwars.
But one of ordinary films that you think would be good recommendations if they havent seen them.
So im going to start with

South paw. Adam watched it and insisted I watch it despite me not being into films like that. Loved it!

We just got through watching the Underworld films; very sexy and a lot of fun. Mind you, also just got through watching the Pirates films (Mr Depp's). Also much fun! But 13th Warrior definitely stands out as a favourite of ours...

MY list of some films I can recall from memory. Nothing from star wars, star trek, or from 2009-2016.
Chocolat (2000)
Nikita(1990)..orginal french version not the crap holi-wood muck.
Leon extend version.
The Green Mile.
The Shawshank Redemption. Drama
Pulp Fiction.. esp for those that may have stopped so far through, gotta watch it all.
Runaway Jury...jury manipulation.
The Thin Red Line. War film, anti war. Even if an action film.
Grosse Point Blank. Comedy/Actionish.
Seven Samuri. 1954.(Watch a couple of times decades ago, when BBC 2 xmas time when they showed films during the night Hollywood remade it. The Magnificent Seven.
Grimsby Brothers for a one off lol, piss take.
John Wick...Action same as the following class film.
Payback..an 18 violence.
Misery....1990 if you dont mind one scene. My hobble you.
Prob go a few more world films tucked away in memory, more action based. |
