still a member of the procrastinating anonymous and now its raining , oh well something to do this weekendchuckles..you got no other plans? x nope , open to suggestions, still planning my road trip to the mountains in a couple of weeks after thanksgiving before Christmas that will be nice, i have to get some projects finished by christmas and then i might take a samall trip up to the NW after christmas..will see..too much to think about right now x"

Hi Suzi. I had a long day in work followed by a load of house work and a long evening in front of the laptop catching up on what I didn't get done in work. No fun what so ever was had

i went and ga ve a workshop at my kids school this afternoon on native american culture..had about 50 kids engaged for 2 1/2 hours..was fun x i just read your 'get it of your chest thread' i am sorry that the traditional is not doing what they should for you but am glad you find some relief with a complementary alternative x i am trying to think of an alternative treatment that could help you, but without seeing it for myself, its obviously difficult. i really wish i was nearer to offer what i can, im trained in numerous things that 'could' help..but i dont know...frustrating, i dislike not being able to try..thanks for sharing my lovely..and i really hope it helped, even if its just to gain some moral support..i for one am sending you good vibes and plenty of hugs x
