We're discussing this in the office today and the three girls I share a room with have all said that if they had the money, they would have cosmetic surgery for all sorts of things.
I'm not that fussed to be honest. I don't have any desire to fix things surgically whether I had the money or not. I'd perhaps do a bit of teeth whitening or laser hair removal but actual surgery for a boob job or lipsuction is a no thanks from me.
I don't have any problems with those who fancy it... if it makes you happy then go for it and I'd say I absolutely would if it was for a medical reason but for a purely cosmetic purpose I wouldn't go under the knife.

I have had a cosmetic procedure on my nose. Kinda. After breaking it 1 d*unken night (bloody lamp post didnt get out my way) it had to be fixed, and the comments afterwards were 'oh it looks so much better, bet your glad you broke it!!!'
If I could afford it I would go the teeth whitening route. Anyhing else, no, I dont think so, i'm far from perfect physically, but no I wouldnt change anything. |

i would love to have a tummy tuck or liposuction but thats all and its because of surgery i want it but cant justify that amount of money so gym it is then  |

I have skin that scars easily so if I was even remotely tempted to undergo anykind of say facial reconstruction I'd end up looking like Frankenstien's monster with keloid scars all over my face: |

Thread veins - masses of them on my legs from the last two pregnancies (and I lost weight during those, too - the unfairness of it all!) - I'd have those zapped, but I'd like to lose some weight first to minimise risk of them reappearing. In an ideal world I'd get rid of the apron effect I developed after a c-section but it doesn't bother me that much enough to really think about it. I'd like my boobs to be where they are when my bra is on, rather than somewhere near my navel as is the case when all support is removed! And maybe teeth whitening.
However, out of all of these the vein thing is the one thing I'm most likely to do. Milk bottle white skin (which never tans) and broken veins is not a good look  |

sure you could go see your Doc if feel that bad and have them made smaller .. my friend had this done . Was playing her back up ..... never cost her a penny ,

boob job for me
i'm incredibly pear shaped and would like to look more hourglass and since loosing weight they have lost shape so once i reach my target weight i want them sorting but not a silly size i just want them to look incredibly natural and if they can't achieve that i'll leave um alone |

I think people can be come too hooked on it and still never be happy with themselves
I just get told I don't have wrinkles as i'm fat.

If i had the money id firstly have my eye done, little eye lifts that pull out those wrinkles and damn crows feet
Then id have my stomach done, it looks like a deflated balloon and i hate it lol
Then id have my boobs done, not bigger im not fussed about having huge boobs but id like up lifts to firm them up and put them back where they was when i was 18 lol
