Being deaf; nothing!!

Have tinnitus though. Can't play white noise so use mood cube which phases colour change to help relax, so visual.

Stress is major factor for tinnitus as is caffeine.

There's info available from British Tinnitus Assoc which can help.

Hereabouts

The fan heater. The tiny vibrating noise my phone makes when I type. The bf just gulped the last of his tea, went ahh and put his mug on the freezer, then the fold out stool he's using as a foot rest scraped the floor as he crossed his leg. Oh and the heater makes a clicking noise every now and again. And the freezer just made a drippy water sound. The bf just clicked his ankle or something and then took a deep breath. Then he clicked his finger. Then sniffed slightly.

To get your own back, you should scoop some dog poo put it in a paper bag, put it on their dorstep, light it & ring their bell & watch them trample a shitbomb.

Your dog should sleep happier & your neighbour's foot will smell.

As they say.... shit happens
