Watched a video on fb recently don't know if anyone else did ?
Your not depressed, your feeling down but like the clouds that come and go ?
Really inspiring video, made me think about a lot of things past present and future

I'm a firm believer in if nothing nice to say then say nothing, I always try to be honest but always diplomatic. There are some I find tricky to be nice to, I always try and see a positive in all and give credit what's it's due.
