It is illegal to fly within 50 meters of properties, get yourself a nice airgun and have a blast mate. |

Can't really fly one in you're garden as you are always going to be too close to someone else's property, unless you live in a big house with own grounds.
I think you could possibly get away with one of those mini drones though |
