just ordered some turf to be delivered this Saturday, first they hit you with a £30 charge for it being on a Saturday, then another £10 for a morning delivery, funny thing is if you click on an afternoon delivery, guess what it's a £10 charge lol, they take the piss but what can you do

Shop around, it's a competitive market out there and the independant trader may be cheaper than the big players

Well, if "hit" means "tell you in advance so you can make up your own mind," you could always politely decline and shop elsewhere. I am sure there are other turf suppliers in or around your area.
