I'm having a rant!
So our boiler has been having issues since we moved in! Last week we lost heating which isn't too bad I mean add layers duvets etc we can live temporarily without the heating but last night we lost the hot water that's not good! Alison has an interview tomorrow but now can't shower before hand landlord is trying to say we caused the fault as it was working before we moved in (despite previous tenant telling us he had an issue last year but hasn't needed the heating since)
Geekys phone has now died.
And now my bike decides it wants to do one too

Your land lord has responsibility to fix it or prove how you have ' broken ' it.
Ask to see the copy of the landlords gas saftey certificate. You should have had a copy when you moved in. Boilers have to by law have a landlords gas safety certificate ensures the fixed gas appliances in a rented property are safe for use.
