It does change, after spending thousands of years trickling through volcanic rock or whatever to purify it, they bottle it and hey presto, it gets a sell by date

The sell by date is for the bottle not the contents according to a facts page on P's fb.

I read this week that apparently the sell by date is for the plastic bottle not the water. Must start to affect the water after a while.

I had a bottle today that turned in to tea when I put a teabag in, I added some milk and drank it
