The couples and women who post statuses every half term about having to look after their own children and wishing the week away so they can play at swinging on Monday.

The negative impact on my sex life is one of the many reasons I don't want kids. Along with having no sleep, no money, no social life.

I really don't think I'm cut out for parenting.

Have we had a sense of humour bypass then? I was one who posted that I wished to go to sleep Sunday and wake up next Sunday..However its tongue in cheek, this half term is usually a nothing one for us, walks in the woods (bat watching last night before bed) kicking leaves in the woods etc. Pics tomorrow..This one comes far too soon after the summer break, I'd only just recovered from that one!

Its the women that already have that constantly complain every holiday that their own children are a problem and get in the way of their sexual fun

Saw some slut get her kid out of a car in traffic and the kid was standing in our lane and ran..obviously due to age ,being scared ,and having a wank mum she panics and goes the wrong fucking way

I was gonna scream but tbh i'd of probably made it worse ,the dozy mum then just cos off with the kid.... whatta cunt

We are very lucky ours have both slept through the night from three months old. 8-9pm till 8am like a log usually.. Gotta agree with the money thing though..

Mine are now getting to that age where I could leave them to their own devices.

The boy child is ether watching TV on the x box or tablet or lurking in his room.

Saying that he has made a Halloween pumpkin and pumpkin pies with me this afternoon so not that grown up.

Zero affect on our own sex life, sure meets are more hassle, but part of that is that at our age whether a single fem or part of a couple they probs have family commitments too. Some of ours are taking months to arrange..so be it, no rush, it'll be worth it

Family first and foremost (always) play second.

Although we have been looking forward to a child free weekend this weekend and some grown up playtime, but now we're both unwell and will probably just spend it curled up on the sofa watching films.

I've been looking forward to half term because I swear my kids are the only people in this world who understand me.

And what happens?

Three out of five days they have been too busy to spend any time with their poor old dad.

But Thursday and Friday they are all mine, and were going to have a weeks worth of fun lol

I''m sure whoever posted that comment mean't it in a light-hearted way.

However, not all children are little bundles of joy, some are bloody hard work and maybe they've just had enough of them at that moment in time and wish they could have 5 minutes of peace and a stress relieving shag.

Yes, i see this every school holiday. The usual parent gripes don't bother me, it's the ones that make it obvious that their kids are stopping them from having their holes filled by random internet men, that get up my nose. Normally off the usual suspects, all women, couldn't say about couples or fellas, they don't show up on our news feed and we don't look for them.

Have noticed they use grrrrr a lot in their status's.

Let's see...

Some woman got her kid out of her car while they were sat in traffic, but they got out and stood in the other lane. The kid then ran off from his mum as he was scared. The mum then panics as her son has ran off so goes after the kid, but goes the wrong way (will presume she got back in her car).

The poster wanted to scream at her but thought he'd make it worse. The mum then just cussed (swore) at the kid.

Kids as a swinger are all about bars.

0-1 a cot with bars

1-4 stairgate with bars

5-16 the bars and chains of education, sending them away to grandparents and holiday clubs

16+ encourage them to go to bars and stay at friends

All the child free time you want for as sex as you can manage.

I often see it on here parents bemoaning the fact the school holidays mean they have to look after their own kids and can't get to shag strangers.

Just seemed like the other day I was taking my girls into work with me as we had a holiday play scheme.

Now they are married with families of their own.

'I' saw a woman let her child out of the car whilst it was in traffic. The child was standing in 'our' lane. She ran because of her age and being scared and having a less than adequate parent. What is worse she ran the wrong way.

'I' was going to scream but to be honest i'd have probably made matters worse.

The mother , who appeared not very bright' then walked off with the child. What a cunt.

Great parents and lovely people

Saw some slut get her kid out of a car in traffic and the kid was standing in our lane and ran..obviously due to age ,being scared ,and having a wank mum she panics and goes the wrong fucking way

I was gonna scream but tbh i'd of probably made it worse ,the dozy mum then just cos off with the kid.... whatta cunt

What part of that was slutty? I don't get it....

Ah well ....... it's generally a derogatory term for any woman, however respectable, if someone wants to defame them.

Maybe she was dressed like a hooker and wanking as she locked the car door."

Running after the kid leaving loops and whorls of leaking spunk on the tarmac in her wake...

heres my view(no kids myself) but with around 10 nieces n nephews:

sending kids out to play can be dangerous.

keeping kids inside is not good for them.

kids will normally want to play with other kids and that means them going out to a friends, friends coming,or going to somewhere where other kids are.

it can be costly during holiday periods, whether it even be for 'free' things like parks/museums etc etc, even more costly something like the cinema.

One might have had to take time off work, as perhaps childcare costs might be astronomical..

these are the things I would consider before effectively slagging off someones status...at maybe just being a little fucked off at having no 'me' time..perhaps they rarely ever even get a weekend free either?

I love my kiddo but I'm a single parent with chronic health conditions and a brain tumour. I struggle sometimes and I'm only human. You never know what's going on behind the scenes.

She's currently staying with her nanny for a few days but this is the first time we've been apart in a year so I'm sure you can figure out the impact that can have.

Since being a mama the one thing I've learnt that to do my best I need to be well rested and have some sort of life outside of being mum. If that makes me a crap mum in your eyes then so be it. Most mamas just want the best for their kids but we are humans not robots.

I didn't swing when my kids were young, only since they have been in their mid to late teens. I didn't date or go out without them, spent all the time working but off in the school holidays so we would do lots of things together. I have no idea why sex with random strangers would be more important than one's children .... I want to spend time with my kids and my family more than anything. Sadly now they are teens, they are very independent (but always know I am there) so we do have more time. One or the other of the three of them always turns up where we are ....

Oh and terms of my sex life.. I haven't had sex in 6/7 months. I don't have the opportunities to go out and meet people at bars or pubs. I can only do socials when she's at school due which can be difficult to arrange. So yes, it probably does impact my sex life but I still wouldn't change my situation. Just maybe get a bit more help more often! ??

Is there anyone with kids that would admit to wishing they didn't have them?

Or rather they love their children but if they had the choice again they wouldn't have had any!?

I don't hate children but I believe that they are only lovable if they're your own or family!

I can only cope with them in very small doses!

I have no desire to be up all night with a baby or have to deal with a naughty toddler or a grumpy teenager!

As a father who sadly leaves apart from his beautiful kids

I would love nothing more than for them to live with me

Be it in the holidays or permanently

Please do not take for granted saying good morning to them every day

Tucking them in at night

I miss my kids every day

"heres my view(no kids myself) but with around 10 nieces n nephews:

sending kids out to play can be dangerous.

keeping kids inside is not good for them.

kids will normally want to play with other kids and that means them going out to a friends, friends coming,or going to somewhere where other kids are.

it can be costly during holiday periods, whether it even be for 'free' things like parks/museums etc etc, even more costly something like the cinema.

One might have had to take time off work, as perhaps childcare costs might be astronomical..

these are the things I would consider before effectively slagging off someones status...at maybe just being a little fucked off at having no 'me' time..perhaps they rarely ever even get a weekend free either?

"

and maybe they fuck 4 guys s week every week....but there you go eh

Pity the dole can't catch out these women

"The negative impact on my sex life is one of the many reasons I don't want kids. Along with having no sleep, no money, no social life.

I really don't think I'm cut out for parenting.

This is me also

Yup, us too. Cats are so much nicer - they don't scream day and night, they don't grow up and resent you, we can get friends/neighbours to feed them when we go on the many holidays we can afford because we don't have kids "

we've had four kids..holiday abroad every year twice...what's kids got to do with holidaying....this only counts if your poor

your clearly the minority... World's evolved but women in the majority are classed as keepers and carers of children who they duly love and will do anything for..Women in their 40s and 50s without children are considered oddballs by most

"Is there anyone with kids that would admit to wishing they didn't have them?

Or rather they love their children but if they had the choice again they wouldn't have had any!?

I don't hate children but I believe that they are only lovable if they're your own or family!

I can only cope with them in very small doses!

I have no desire to be up all night with a baby or have to deal with a naughty toddler or a grumpy teenager!

But then everyone chooses a different path.

Guilty.

I love my daughter and wouldn't change her for anything. I've taken two days off work to spend time with her during the holidays (she's ignoring me and playing minecraft currently)

But!

If I could do it again, I'd not have done something I wasn't ready for to make someone else happy. And there is no chance of me having another one. Ever,

Let the hate commence! "

No hate here , an honest appraisal .

I've never known anyone to be considered and oddball for not having kids...what...are we back in Victorian times again?

Nobody needs to be having children that doesn't want them in this day and age and it's perfectly accepted

Off the grid

Some children, through no fault of their own and no fault of the parent, are incredibly hard work.

And those kids are impossible to get babysitters for. And also often impossible, or incredibly challenging (to the point of aggression, violence, or extreme withdrawal) to do the usual kid fun stuff with. Family day to day life can be very traumatic for both the child and parent in many more families than you realise.

Enjoy the rest of your week people.

We never wanted children until a bundle of joy suddenly appeared (concealed pregnancy) then three more. Wouldn't change it for the world. But agree with above post it can be so stressful not just by looking after them but all the other stuff life throws at you. We joke about half term, summer holidays etc but its tongue in cheek although there are times when by the end of the day you've had enough so yes just impact on our sex life. Its nearly over and Kat been sectioned and i have blisters on my right hand lol x
