Not by you. Once you have gained the status of genuine, you stay genuine.
Technically, if it was shown that your verification was false that verification could be taken away by admin. But in that scenario the account should be deleted anyway. |

No, once you get your tick you keep it, even if the verification itself is removed by someone leaving the site or blocking you |

Semantics;
You don't " gain the status of genuine".
You simply gain the status of "verified".
Otherwise you are stating that prior to verification, you are, by definition, not genuine. |
