I've no clue - often data laws are very strict for organisations, more than for individuals. Pics should exclude identifying characteristics here I believe.

But overall there is too much use of other people in some user's pics.

I'd visit the Information Commissioners Office online, as there should be good support help there.

I don't think that they can get credit card details from a photo of someone giving a blowjob

i've got guys in my pics, but i asked the guys if i can use them first.

so long as you can't tell who the guy is then this site has no problem with you uploading pics like this, and same for women on mens profiles.

You could possibly fall foul of the "revenge porn" laws if you didn't get somebody's permission to post a pic of them

No.

But you could check with the ASA to be sure.

(besides in our private pics, there's more than two of us )

Why would the picture of a female hand on my arse break data protection?

Surely the whole crux of data protection is the protection (controlling the access, use, sharing/disclosure and destruction) of data which is personally identifiable (the data identifies a specific person, either on its own or when combined with the context or with other readily available data).

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I read something like that once.

So, a picture (the data) only needs "protection" if it identifies a specific person.

In this sense "protection" would mean that the data subject (the female in the photo with a cock in her gob, for example) must be made known of the photo being used and have choice/control over how it is used.

But this only applies if the photo identifies an individual through context (its likely who a body part belongs to when some people post a lot of pics together) or because of a face, location or identifying mark/tattoo/clothing/jewellery.

Or something like that

Don't the site rules for pics state that other people in pics should not be identifiable..... that's why photo mods reject so many?

"Are you sure? "

Would you trust anything anyone said on a sex site?

Not meeting

If we include others we make sure they are not identifiable as much as possible. We also obtain permission before taking pics.

We always ask the other person if they're in a pic we share. Plus always blur out anything identifiable.
