Unrelated to swinging, but what's the best way of getting over that groggy feeling after a nap. I have it now and honestly feel like shit.

its ok if its a powernap of about 5 mins but any longer, like a nanna nap and you end up feeling worse than before...

ergo avoid longer naps

Have a very cold shower ...you wont be feeling like poo but feeling very cold instead

Cheers for the advice, I dozed off again and feel worse lol. I had a half an hour nap originally, thinking that I won't feel like a potato if it's only half an hour. Boy was I wrong. Gonna eat something and see if that helps, cold shower is a big no-no, for me, I can't handle cold water xD

Shorter naps don't deepen the sleep level so much.

Cold water is an instant wakener.

Change posture and do exercise.
