Hi guys, would really appreciate some information on this if anyone has experienced this or knows how to cure this with or without conventional medication. Feel free to pm if you can help.
When a man ejaculates there is no sperm in the semen. This can be caused due to some kind of known or unknown blockage related to obstruction of the ejaculatory duct, such as abnormalities.
There is sperm in the testes but it does not come out with the ejaculate. Any advice/ info very welcome. Thank you. |

I advise that you see a dr. or clinic who will do a sperm count for you.
If it is you that doesn't have sperm in your ejaculate do NOT use it as a precaution xx

If you're not producing sperm, and there's no blockage, it's called azoospermia.
There's no alternative cure for it.
You can have tests and surgery to either remove the blockage, or surgery on the testes to extract whatever speed may be remaining there. I highly recommend going private if it's extraction direct from the testes and really choose the best clinic you can afford.
You often only get one shot at it before scar tissue from the surgery builds up and kills off what remaining a perm production there may be left.
Do NOT rely on a zero sperm count as contraception though. There's a documented case of an azoospermia sufferer who's partner naturally conceived after many years, and DNA tests confirmed the child was his.

How do you know if there is any sperm in there? Have you already seeked medical advice? I mean it's not like you can tell by looking at it if there are any sperm in there or not, my ex had the snip and his cum looked exactly the same before and after |

OP ; unless you have used your own microscope, and are a bioanslyst, you have been told this by a medical professional.... I assume.
Do that medical professional will have then discussed this with you, and the options you have?
Usually having been referred to the fertility clinic .
And you now opt for one of the options.
Or am I missing something?

Still, at least he knows that sperm isn't semen and there's a fighting chance he knows that semen doesn't come from the testes.
