How do you like your sausages?

Meaty? Short but thick? Or long and thinner?

This girl knows her sausage. Richmonds is close to a 'banger'.

Butchers sausages are best. Loads of real meat. Over 80% in some. And good cuts too.

True story. (has to be over a certain percent of meat. S(omebody will check it I'm sure).

Over 78 (so my butcher says) is a good sausage. But he's biased, and what does he know?

Banger - less than 32% meat. So like..nearly 70% (maths not gud) is lots of other stuff.

Good sausage (an industry term from my butcher) over 78%. 20 percent made up with cereals more fat and seasoning.

Well I have a thing for the WW sausages at the minute they taste like "real" sausage unlike some of the low fat ones.

But my ultimate sausage would be a fat handmade by the butcher sausage with port and apple! Mmm

I do enjoy my butchers sausage
