"Porridge"
Oats-so-Simple shows the power of re-branding though (Our own, home-made version is staple hiking breakfast)
OP: I tried snails assuming that they must be quite nice for a whole country to eat them. I decided that they don't eat them, they just sell them to gullible tourists

Energy drinks, I'm addicted to them now, and I fear for my health, I'm trying to wean myself of them, but it was easier when I gave up alcohol.
I will do it, but I'm just worried know that I have done listing damage to myself |

Octopus: Vile, ordered sea-food salad when I lived in Spain, I was ill, funny though, I love squid. Would never try tripe, my nan used to cook it on saturdays and I used to stay away till the smell had gone(hours) whoever ate that has got some stomach... |

All shellfish, just bleurgh! I'll try anything once, but I should have realised that if I didn't like mussels I would also not like winkles, oysters, cockles, scallops etc. I tried them all |

"Marzipan
Mmmmm marzipan!
No, just no! It is, as far as I know, the only food I will not eat.
Love it! You can shape it to look like fruit, so it must be good for you too! "
I could shape it to look like a cock and put yellow icing around the tip... Still wanna eat it |

I think I'd probably give the icing a miss too |

Baked Turtle in China was the worst. However I nearly topped it with Balut in the Philippines but just couldn't stomach idea of a fertilised duck egg with a developed fetus inside |

I actually thought snails were very tasty. Guess it depends on how they are cooked. |

Decaffeinated tea. I like it but when I'm at someone else's house for the day, drinking caffeine in tea, I get an overload and feel ill or can't sleep.
Food wise, red velvet cake. |
