Pain is intense had parras not due more till 10.30pm but they ain't touchin it. Also got tiger balm on my head. Got my girl here so don't wanna abandon her n go to bed too early. She's watchin xfactor which prob ain't helping.
First migraine in a long long time.
Anyone got any tips on gettin rid of this fucker? Xxx |

Avoid chocolate... sit in darkened room; try to minimise sound. try some yogic breathing exercises and drink plenty of water..
I canot link you to yogic breathing exercises but a brief google will be your friend... if you live somewhere quiet; open a window for the fresh air (yes I know its cold, grab a blanket)...

You can mix paracetamol with ibuprofen but they don't usually help with a migraine  |

Send her ova  think these parras are the extra ones. Sods law is I've run out of zapain! xxx |

Oh bugger. Looks like I'm sittin thro this one then. I used to put those cold headache patches on my head but I've not brought any in ages as I haven't needed too. Xxx |
