you can use things like filesonic rapidshare etc all as hosters to store your uploads
then advertise the links n people can dload em slowly for free or is they have signed up to the same filesharer - dload em faster
general stuff though - youtube nice n easy
liveleak is similar to youtube but does host a little more that youtube wont
and if its flashing and nookie and tits etc - newbienudes is a big site for that
