I have been using veet for years and as long as you only leave it on for no longer then 10 minutes, you should be fine.

Although, if you have very sensetive skin I would test on a small area first

hopefully it will work better that the Nair and Veet i've tried

Nair i used last week it didn't do that good a job of removing everything

I think some of the Veets must be different the one i had today was 3 min and no longer than 6

Veet works on some peoples pubes and not on others.... but yep, as mentioned before,,,, it will burn, if you leave it on to long,,,,

So the only advice I would give is, if your gonna try it,,, putt it on very thickly, but only for the recommended time.... and if it works, good for you.... if not,,,then wash off and apply moisturise to the area and leave any further attempts of hair removal for a good few days to allow the skin to naturally restore its normal balance

And then shave or pluck fuck out of it….. Because that’s your only realistic option you’ve got… unless you happen to have a mini-micro-chainsaw in your tool kit,,,,, or a one of those new fangled light zapper thing thangs….

PS….. I use a pair of exfoliation gloves to remove Veet treated hair instead of the harsh plastic spatula that comes supplied with Veet,,,, I’ve found this works way better on my tackle…..

Agreed about different skins specially having seen quite a few post about the problems over the last week

If it says don't use it down there, it says it for a reason

gloves sounds like a good idea thanks for the tip

I have one of those laser removal machines and they're not worth the money or maybe my hair is too blonde???

near the sounds of the wimborne quarter jack!

I successfully use Veet but the one I use has a moisturiser in it. I`ve also used Boots own with no problems either. But I`ve only used the creams spread thickly and never left them on longer than the 10 minutes specified. One thing I also do is to use the cream the day before I need to be smooth then straight after I`ve cleaned the Veet off I rub Germoline with local anesthetic into the shaved area to be on the safe side. If there is any minor irritation, the Germoline will settle it down.

From 2004/5:

The Immac bladeless razor is brilliant at removing pubic plumage and leaving a silky smooth finish in 3 minutes.

HOWEVER....

When removing the bikini beard and going for the Kojak look, you may get a slight stinging sensation if you get the cream on the bits you shouldn't get it on ( this sensation may increase to a mild burning, if you have not long got out of a hot bath). At this point you have two options:

Option A: Remove the cream immediately with lots of tepid water.

Option B: Ignore the stinging and complete the full 3 minutes before removing the cream and unwanted fanny-fuzz.

Being behind schedule on Friday evening... I opted for 'Option B'. Fooled by the immediate refief of the cool water at the end of the 3 minutes, there was still some mild irritation as I began to get dressed. So, mirror in hand I gave the silky pleasure purse a visual inspection. Looking good, slightly deeper pink, but looking good none the same.

By the time I arrived at the club it was all feeling much better, in fact it felt normal - panic over!

Pants off and into action. A gentleman friend slid his hand down to part the pleasure curtains "Wow, that's hot!" he said. I put this down to the 1 hour drive with the heated seats on all the way and the car heater on full blast.

As the body bouncing commenced I too began to feel the warmth. The more friction, the more sensitivity - but a kind of nice sensitivity.

Cutting out all of the juicy bits, I'll continue from the point at the end of the evening when I returned home....

My crotch was now generating more heat than a thermo-nuclear power plant with a faulty cooling system.

Mirror in had I yet again inspected the burning beaver. No blisters, lesions or other outward signs of damage or injury, just a change in colour from pink to flaming scarlet. I attempted to conduct my inspection further with the aid of a finger or two. "OUCH" ... "F*CKING HELL" my pussy was so sore, discomfort at the slightest touch, burning hot and definately NOT HAPPY.

I slept with a large cushion between my knees to allow a cool flow of air to pass over the volcanic vulva.

Saturday evening there was no chance of rampant romping due to the uncomfortable sensitivity.

Today (Sunday) it feels better, a lot better, but is still slightly sore and sensitive.

I have no doubt the juicy joy-pot will be back in action midweek and fully recovered in time for the Essex Munch.

But ladies.... BE WARNED.... go for 'Option A', unless you want a glow-in-the-dark duvet heater for a couple of days.

PS: Belated offers to kiss it better are always welcomed

Indeed.

Having felt the pure pain of getting hair removing cream on a sensitive bit.... to epilate is a mild tingle.

It may have been over 6 years ago.... but some things you never forget!

Saw on a forum thread about "magic cream" or "magic powder".... both apparently are really good on the sensitive areas.

I mentioned it in the welsh forums, and someone bought some (magic cream) and tried it, and now raves about it!

I think the burn though because you are supposed to leave hair to grown for at least 6 weeks inbetween. I did'nt my mistake so stuck to skin instead of hair.

Heinz salad cream works well.

Have eaten it for years, hair all gone.

The only burns are sunburn.
