Yet never asked anyone.

So you meet a lass take her home long story short you fuck afterwards she says payment.

You what do you mean her I am a prostitute.

She calls police for rape.

You give your story she gives hers

Who is to blame will police take you to cells over night or what?.

Off the grid

Best never have sex again I think.

I worry about a guy raping a woman on a meet and then saying it was consensual. From the impression I get, without evidence the women tends to not be believed, and is then called a rape accuser who's trying to destroy a guy's life.

We all have shit to worry about.

Can't imagine this would ever actually happen. A working girl would always discuss the price and expect payment upfront.

Send both to cells and throw away the key!

Did you meet her on the street corner?? I'm confused how this scenario would ever happen.

Surely the simple answer is contact the police before she does and tell them what she is threatening to do.......

Evidence to arrest & evidence to charge are 2 completely different things.

So in theory if she puts an Oscar winning performance onto the police & there are signs (faked or not) of a struggle & sexual activity then yes I would say it's feasible you could find yourself having a little trip to the police station for questioning.

majority of people who have been raped don't get justice because of lack of proof, so you've got that on your side already.

Womens are just out to get men and will do absolutely anything. Is this your thought-process OP? If so, you need to get out more.

I think the majority of women, and men, who get raped don't even report it through a mix of no faith in the justice system, shame and misplaced guilt that it may have been partly their fault.

In all the films I've ever seen, the prostitutes ask for payment up front. So you should be okay on that front.

The issue of consent is getting better, ask Assange. Assuming you are not foolish enough to indulge her 'rough sex in the back alley' fantasy, you should be in the clear.

The main problem is the difficulty in having an adult conversation about it. Kenneth Clarke proved that.

It's created to show men AND women about understanding consent.

there's that as well but the majority of people who do report it don't get any justice. only 5% of accused rapists get sentenced.

it's very hard to prove non-consensual sex happened.

The problem with that video, is it doesn't cover the most common cause of problems.

I no longer smoke. I will never smoke again, but sometimes when I have been drinking a lot, I suddenly crave a fag. At the time I absolutely love it.

The following morning, when I realise what my mouth tastes of, I always regret it. But I always assume it's my fault for getting so d*unk that I asked for a fag.

Put in that context, can you see how some young men get into difficulties?

Its a false equivalency - because in your example no one was initially forcing you to smoke the cigarette nor did anyone force you to keep smoking after you'd decided you did't want to finish it, or try to force you to smoke the cigarette though your nose.

NW London

You'd probably be escorted to local cop shop to give a statement. She'd give her statement.

Investigators would use these to trace your movements that night, check cctv images, take witness statements, DNA samples/evidence from your home etc.

This would be pieced together and if they believe a crime (sex without consent, I.e rape) had been committed they would pass this over to the CPS who would decide if it is viable to bring about prosecution.

It's not perfect, but I couldn't resist the chance to make Courtney & Fabio go at the thought of me taking a fag in my mouth and having a good long suck

Except that is pretty much the exact scenario of the Ched Evans case, and many of the recent University cases.

Some people need to accept that a rape case that leads to acquittal is technically no longer a rape case, and statistics designed to scare women do not actually help them, only education (of both sexes) can do that.

I would say, wait here, we'll call the police together now and both give our side of the story. Then tell her that trying to extort money this way is illegal. Might help your case, but not if it's in the past.

I would suggest hiding a video camera and recording everything as evidence, whenever you have sex.
