In light of the Soxy's Benny Hill thread, what will people in the future look back upon, from the current time and wonder how on earth it entertained us or we found funny?

OK, I've never found Miranda Hart entertaining - but some must!

Big Bang Theory maybe? I find it really funny but is the humour timeless?

I think I could watch the office again, but I'd rather pluck my eyes out with a spoon and hack my ears off with a rusty dagger that endure even one episode of Mrs Browns boys...

There's no real sitcoms these day , I still laugh at Dads Army and Allo Allo , but I can't see the humour theses days having any longevity , if you want timeless comedy then listen to Radio 4 extra have some great old radio classics that never age

Miranda and Mrs Browns Boys are both funny.

Everyone has their own sense of humour, what's not funny to one person, is priceless comedy gold to another.

Listen carefully I will say this only once.....

That was really brave of you to admit you still laughing at Allo-Allo....

I wouldn't have admitted to laughing at it first time around ..

If it's my own farts it's considerably more pleasant. As for his wrist, who gives a shit?

This may not.be timeless, as Blackberries are all but obsolete, but it still makes me chortle -

The IT crowd is nasty.

I cannot stomach Mrs Browns boys.

Keith Lemon is dire. Of a similar ilk to his earlier shows, I've seen Phone Jam, or something named like that, then actually laughed. Different, more talented guy.
