Dunbartonshire

Has anyone used the right to cancel within 14 days and was it straight forward.

I agreed today to get a gaming laptop which they are selling for £1189. Once home I read all the details and can see I am paying £2300 back over 130 weeks. My sensible head has said no do not do this madness. So going back tomorrow to cancel everything.

If help I have not received any product yet so want to cancel ASAP.

So anyone else been in same boat and was the process easy enough.

You should be fine with the cooling off period, under the consumer credit acts, and there's always the Financial ombudsman.

Just don't prevaricate, and get it done within the 14 days
