Turmeric, Red&Black pepper, Paprika, Fennel seeds, Cumin seeds, Cardamon pods, Bay Leaves, cloves, cinnamon, Chinese 5 spice, garam massage, mustard seeds, thyme, ground nave, basil and sage, mint, nutmeg, oregain, cayenne pepper, juniper berries and Ras El handout  |

I've got a larder
And yes I do use them all, regularly, not just once a year 
I'm out of saffron at the moment - waiting for my crocuses in the spring |
